While Brett and Ryan were at basketball practice, Katie and I headed to the mall to spend some Christmas money. On our way we stopped at Souper Salad for lunch. Our restaurant selection came partly because of its proximity to the mall but mostly because of Katie's sweet encouragement. She knows how hard I'm trying to avoid carbs, so she went along with my suggestion, enabling me to load up on all that rabbit food.
Katie managed to find plenty of yummy carbs, though, like all the Goldfish on the bar!
And dessert! Oh, she made that ice cream sundae look so good!For my dessert I enjoyed some sweet conversation with my precious daughter!
